You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
with the original hang tag and care label still attached
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted and are consideredfinal sale.

your reason for return or exchange
We’ll review your request and respond with return instructions and aReturn Authorization Number (RA#). Please wait for approval before sending anything back.
Once your return is approved, you’ll have7 days to ship it back. Returned items will be reviewed once received. Abbott reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is received and approved. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you return an item, you’ll be responsible for:
the original shipping cost
any duties, taxes, and customs charges (on both the original and return shipments)
return shipping fees
These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Abbott scarves are handwoven and delicate by nature. While alpaca fiber is known for durability,snags can occur if your piece isn’t handled or stored with care. We recommend folding (not hanging), and keeping it away from sharp objects, zippers, or rough bags.
